I was desperate as had lost my car key at 6pm and was told my all the other companies I rang who claimed to be emergency 24 hour services that I couldn't get another key until the next day. But then I found this company and Paul was thee within 3-4 hours and cut me a perfect new FOB key. He was so efficient and nice, I could not recommend him more to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation. Thank you Paul, you totally saved my life which would have been very complicated without a car for a day.

Paul was just so nice and helpful. I was a bit stressed after losing my car key down a drain full of water, never to be seen again!! He was with me within a hour of my phone call and his price was a lot better than the AA quote. I would definitely use him again.

Quite simply first class. They transformed my evening from feeling close to panic and being vulnerable as dusk approached, to feeling completely safe and sorted. The locksmith attended and spent an hour carefully diagnosing the car lockout and producing two keys. These things happen, but it's so reassuring to have friendly professionals willing to go the extra mile to keep you on the road and safe. I cant rate them highly enough.

Paul gave me a choice of being at my car within 20 minutes by motorbike or 30 minutes by van with all tools etc., which was useful and reassuring. He arrived promptly, solved the problem very quickly, and cut me a new key blade onsite from his van. Reasonable and clear price, professional service. I would recommend him to others and would certainly choose him again if I needed a car locksmith.

Great experience! Pat requested clear and concise information before confirming he would come out (at 7AM) and got back to me within 10 minutes to confirm he could help. He was with me in just 35 minutes (Central London). He had the car door open within 5-10 minutes, alarm disabled in another 15 minutes, and after a bit off investigation had the car running (2014 car), all in the freezing snow - amazing job! Professional, considerate and caring - thank you, Pat.
