VW Passat Keys Locked In Boot. Picked door lock open and then pulled back seats down to retrieve car keys. Dunster Gardens, Kilburn, Brent.

Quite simply first class. They transformed my evening from feeling close to panic and being vulnerable as dusk approached, to feeling completely safe and sorted. The locksmith attended and spent an hour carefully diagnosing the car lockout and producing two keys. These things happen, but it's so reassuring to have friendly professionals willing to go the extra mile to keep you on the road and safe. I cant rate them highly enough.

Paul was super helpful, came one day quoted £120, tried for an hour, needed to get a key code that cost £25 as I'd lost my key, came back the next day and he had it ready for me when I came home. Thanks.

Paul gave me a choice of being at my car within 20 minutes by motorbike or 30 minutes by van with all tools etc., which was useful and reassuring. He arrived promptly, solved the problem very quickly, and cut me a new key blade onsite from his van. Reasonable and clear price, professional service. I would recommend him to others and would certainly choose him again if I needed a car locksmith.

Great experience! Pat requested clear and concise information before confirming he would come out (at 7AM) and got back to me within 10 minutes to confirm he could help. He was with me in just 35 minutes (Central London). He had the car door open within 5-10 minutes, alarm disabled in another 15 minutes, and after a bit off investigation had the car running (2014 car), all in the freezing snow - amazing job! Professional, considerate and caring - thank you, Pat.

After a week with out car because of the lock, pet help me to get into my car and also fix all the problem that I had with the lock, new remote keys with a really great value, friendly and efficient services.
